Witzzo, I have 2 color case hardened with laser checkered grips and one stainless which I refer to as my 'regular' '58's. I have 2 extra cylinders for the stainless and another 4 extra cylinders for the color hardened. All six of these cylinders plus the ones which came in the three (3) will all interchange into and out of each one of the three and work properly. None of these will function in a satisfactory manner in the two (2) Target Models even though they will insert perfectly and remove perfectly. When I would insert one of the 6 into either one of the Targets it would shoot but something just never did feel right or something. I can't explain it. The gunsmith told me my 2 Target Models were built to closer tolerences than my other 3. That may be so, I don't know and don't pretend to. However, I know he know's..The cylinders that came in the 2 Targets worked perfectly in either gun..He worked on my guns from one end to the other, especially the '58's, all of them. I know the 4 extra cylinders for the Target Models were fitted to the revolvers by the company. This sh** didn't just happen last week. We're talking about years ago and I don't like to think about all those years and the wasted ass money it cost me. Well, not really wasted. I figured he and his wife could use the money and he is my friend and I alway's figured that if I couldn't be rich or famous, and that I would have to work for a living then at least By God I could go through this world with a few good guns. So, anyway, now you know the rest of the story....
