Is it comfortable for you to use with regard to your cheek position? Without actually handling it, I think I'd want the suede pad a little further forward, given where my cheek usually comes into contact with the stock. But then I might be doing it wrong.
Also, do the inner surfaces of the lacing grommets come into contact with the stock? Just curious whether those metal bits might have the potential to scratch the wood surface. A thin leather flap under the laces would prevent that, or perhaps the thickness of the laces themselves would provide enough space to prevent contact.
