The trigger on my Kimber TLE has a fair bit of creep in it. When I pull the trigger slowly through the creep, before the hammer falls, the hammer can be seen moving forward.

Is this safe? Or does that indicate a miscut sear and/or hammer hook angle?
I bought the gun new and it only has a few hundred rounds through it.

Damn - That is what I thought. Looks like a trip back to Kimber will be inevitably after all. I could have put it and my Grand Raptor in the same box and saved myself the price of the chamber reamer and headspace gauge I used to fix G. Raptor yesterday (rather than paying shipping to send it back since Kimber will not pay shipping to fix the their quality control problems).
