Hello, I'm paying homage to all those who have chimed in on previous threads regarding a rifle build me wanted to share my results. On August 22, 2015, I anchered my first buck in probably 8 years!

My rifle of choice a Winchester model 70 featherweight 270 Winchester. Our day started at 5:40 am on the Round Valley Indian Reservation located in Mendocino County California ( b zone). My brother and I started a journey. We reached our destination at approximately 630 and began gearing up for our hunting excursion. We both separated and when your separate ways. About an hour and I heard a restaurant in some Buckbrush and sat down on the next ridge hoping for a sign. Minutes later a buck app minutes later a buck 3pointer if you're going opening and give me a shout man I was shaking so bad my process wobbling left right. I took a steady as a aim as I could and instantaneously you can see that I had hit him hard however I did you Wayback behind his ribs and read and instantaneously you can see that I had hit him hard however I did shoot Wayback behind his ribs gorgeous your hands hams. As I walked up towards him there presented a nice meat doe I shoot and she fell two Deere down . And loaded ammunition first time ever doing something with hand loaded ammunition first time ever killing something with my own hand loads. 130 grain Nosler accubonds
