In 2017, Pietta introduced the Buffalo Bills Wild West Commemorative Remington .44 with gold embellishment.
It coincides with the 100th anniversary of the end of Buffalo Bills Wild West and his death.
There are detailed photos of it on this website. --->>> https://www.tactical-life.com/firearms/handguns/emf-1858-buffalo-bill-commemorative/
Each photo needs to be individually opened in a new tab to view it at full screen.
If viewing with full screen, the Pietta banner is barely visible on a lower right side barrel flat.
The Buffalo Bill Commemorative has a product page on the EMF website where it's listed as being temporarily out of stock @ $440. --->>> https://www.emf-company.com/store/pc/1858-BUFFALO-BILL-COMMEMORATIVE-44-8-p1822.htm
"...By the turn of the 20th century, William F. Cody was probably the most famous American in the world. No one symbolized the West for Americans and Europeans better than Buffalo Bill. His shows were billed as one of the entertainment triumphs of the ages...." --->>> https://www.legendsofamerica.com/we-buffalobillgallery/
"...When the show finally collapsed from financial pressures in 1913, Cody continued to perform in other similar shows until two months before his death in 1917...." --->>> https://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/buffalo-bills-wild-west-show-opens
