I have only had pronghorn once and the cook did a wonderful job preparing it.I have heard the same about pronghorns. Personally, I didn't care for it, but my compadre thought that it was great. I'll take whitetail venison over pronghorn any day.
As for goodies for the next season I have a new pair of Danners ordered, 2 new trail cameras, new leaf camo, and a couple of new Vortex Diamondbacks, a Leupold and I am looking at another climbing stand. I figure that this year's deer will cost me close to $15 lb if I fill all six tags.
