22-250 vs .223 55grn Velocity

Not really a "VS" thread. I would like to know what kind of velocities people get from the two rounds with 55grn bullets. Mostly to find out just how much of an edge 22-250 has in the real world over it's smaller cousin. So please chime in if you have chronographed either factory ammo or handloads, again with 55grn bullets. List what the load is and your barrel length.

With a 22" tube I get 3450fps in my 22-250 shootin sierra Gamekings with a just under max load of Varget.

I get 2800 fps shooting FMJBT bullets through my 16.5" carbine with a stiff load of IMR4320

Last time out my Savage 22" barrel sporter 223 with 55's was just over 3200 using IMR4198.

2876 fps mean from imi 55g fmjbt with 24.6g of accurate data powder 73 (not a hot load)
3081 fps mean from m193 pull downs and 26g of accurate 2230c
1130 fps mean from win 55g fmj and 4.7g of trailboss
