A lot of Bullseye shooters set up indoor 22 events during the colder months. Usually at 50 feet or 25 yards. Lots of fun. People shoot anything 22, and usually are trying to attract new shooters. Ruger Mark's and Browning Buckmarks up to Feinwerkbaus, Hammerlis and Pardinis. CCI Standard Velocity tends to be a good Bullseye round, but some use Aguilla, SK, Eley or RWS brand ammunition. The big concerns are reliability then accuracy.
When it is warmer some folks show up and shoot 22 only for either the 22 part of a Bullseye competition, or for all three events (22, Centerfire and 45) with NRA scores for 22 only. They do this usually to master the 22 before competing with the other pistols.
