Poll: .22 LR hyper velocity/high velocity ammo ignition reliability

Which of the following would have the lowest percentage of misfires if you took 4 random guns and fired 200 rounds (50 rounds in each gun)? Please vote for "other" if your choice is a high velocity hollowpoint, and comment which one.
1. Aguila Super Max
2. CCI Stinger
3. CCi Quick Shok
4. Federal Game-Shok
5. Remington Yellow Jacket
6. Other

Most Reliable .22 LR ammo - Winchester!

Standard Velocity : T22 Long Rifle ,LRN-SV , XT22LR ,40 grain.

High Velocity: 22 Long Rifle, CP-LRN, X22LR, 40 grain.

I'm want Reliabilty and Accuracy, this is what works for me, across the board, in a variety of handguns, rifles and platforms. Single shot, Repeater, Revolver or Semi...and has done so for as long as I can remember.

Edit to add: For hollowpoint-

Winchester 22 Long Rifle Power Point, PP-LHP, X22LRPP, 40 gr.

Win. is readily available for me. Yes CCI and other ammo "may be" more accurate, and are just as reliable. Depends on the guns preferance. You asked about reliable, and these have been for me.

I'm one that does not understand why folks buy really nice guns and use ammo based on "price" and blame the gun.

I've fired far more rounds of Stingers than any other round listed. And I really can't think of the last time I had a misfire... I've had failures to eject, but I can't remember the last time the round didn't go off when I pulled the trigger.

I've fired mostly Federal Lightning and Winchester Super-Xs. I also really like the CCI Small Game Bullets and I wish they'd bring them back though I still have a few tucked away. ;)

4 random guns = not really a test of the ammunition.

I could probably spend the better part of a year testing all the above ammunition by randomly picking out 4 .22's from what I have in the safe, and never draw a clear conclusion.

Too much depends on what the intended purpose is.

If the purpose is defensive - then I can say this much. My wife has a Browning Buckmark Micro. For defensive use, it gets loaded with CCI Mini Mag solids. They seem to offer the best reliability in ignition, feed and consistant accuracy of any of the dozen or so different brands she's used over the past few years. 2nd (believe it or not - and it pertains ONLY to her Micro) is the Remington Thunderbolt.??

i don't really know what you're up to, what is the purpose of this evaluation?

i assume that because you posted this in the handguns forum you're looking for someting for defense and not small game hunting. you'll be disappointed to know that .22 rimfire hollowpoints don't offer enough penetration against human opponents . so what is this for? fending off vicious attack prairie dogs?http://www.goldenloki.com/ammo/gel/22lr/gel22lr.htm
for defensive work i think you need a different list, i suggest you start with federal lightning, cci mini-mags, remington viper, aguila sss 60gr and aguila super-maximum solid point.

I voted "other", since the CCI Velociter was not one of the choices.

Due to the longer case of the Stingers, many match-chambered rimfires cannot even fire the round. I have autos that will not allow the bolt to close entirely. If I force it forward, the round then needs to be fired to eject. Attempting to rack it just causes the rim to 'slip' past the extractor. I've then pryed them out with a knife or screwdriver.

The Velociter uses a standard lenth case and funtions in all my match-chambered autoloaders.
