The .22 WMR is exciting out of a short barrel, thats for sure. My 4” S&W Model 48 sounds like a .357 at the range.

I saw the WMP advertised a little while back. I really hope they work well, a reliable and accurate .22 WMR would be a great backpack companion.

I have been thinking about adding a 22 win mag firearm to the collection lately. I like the huge muzzle blast and fire ball from a rimfire cartridge!

I have looked at the Walther and the keltec CMG 22 mag rifle with collapsible stock and decent trigger. I liked them both! The thing that holds me back is the cost of the ammo! I already load 9mm and have pretty good stocks of 22lr. Just not sure I'm ready to buy a rimfire that takes ammo that costs as much as 9mm.

Accuracy amazing. First mag load at 15 ft was in a three-inch group and I wasn't really even trying all that hard.

You consider a 3" group at 15 feet amazing?? Are you serious?
