Jeff56: Granted that so far the Marlin 60 has outsold the Ruger 10-22 overall. However have you looked at the sales figures for the past 3 or 4 years? If you do, I believe you would be wrong. The Ruger 10-22 has been the best selling and most popular semi auto for those last few years. Anyway it appears Marlin is close to going down the tubes, and their Model 60 never could hold a candle to the 10-22. I have owned and shot both. I've kept the 10-22 and sold of the Marlin.
