With convetional "cup and core" bullets, weight is the most important factor in load data. So going to Hodgdon's site and looking up what they recommend is the best place to start.
You'll also notice for example on the 55gr bullets, you have three choices for load data. The "55 GR. BAR TSX FB", which is an all copper bullet. The "55 GR. SFIRE", which is a frangible bullet. Lastly there is the "55 GR. SPR SP", which is going to be another cup and core bullet. You'll want to use the last one. If you don't understand a bullet abbreviation you can usually copy/paste it into google for an answer.
Also twist rate play no role in load data.
