I have done some reading on h322 and benchmark and they both look good for the lighter bullets. 69 is the lightest I shoot and 80 is standard. Run some test lots and see what you like. The only power I have loaded in 223 I did not like was the enduron 4166 I believe. TAC is a very versatile 223 powder and I like how well it meters and usually its available when most are sold out. Trying to find varget or ar comp can be a pain so I like and use them but dont send people on the great search to find them.H322 looks to be a good powder for the 50-55gr. Might try it with the 52 & 53 Hornady.
Working on load development for my Mossberg MVP (1-9") and wondering if it would be better to try 40-50gr bullets, or 60-69gr?
I'd be inclined to use the heavier bullets with a 9" twist but that's just me. A little overspin probably won't hurt with a well-made barrel but you may run into disintegration if you're pushing those lighter pills at top velocity
