Why not? I figure if their system allows me to order a product - and CONFIRMS THE ORDER - then that means I should receive the order.
It's not my fault I was able to order and pay for their product.
Are you SURE the confirmation really confirms what you think it does? Its kind of semantics but, mine basically just says "Thanks for your order."
It doesn't really indicate that they have accepted it and that I'm promised delivery.
Its not any different then if you were under 21, ordered a drink, and the servers says "Thank you".
But before handing you the drink and taking your money, double checks your ID to make sure everything is in compliance, and then cancels your order.
While you admit that you didn't understand their policy correctly, you still put all the blame on them.
You take the "Its not my fault I was able to..." attitude.
Well, its not their fault you didn't understand their stated policy. Everyone else in this thread did.
Here's the bottom line, really.
Your orders violated their stated policy and were cancelled and therefore you didn't pay for them. That's not "their fault".
