    Yes, they do exist. The last one I saw cost $600+ and that was over a year ago.

    They pop up in Gun List and SGN once in awhile. As Schuey said, they were getting about $600 for them.

    CDNN had a whole bunch of used German Army surplus .22lr kits about 18 months ago. I picked one up - with 2 mags in the kit for about 499. I think I saw a new or unused one for 1000 to 1200 about 12 months ago on Gunbroker.

    The kits are pretty easy to find. The mags are not so easy to find. Most of the kits being sold now only come with one mag, but they are supposed to come with two. :cuss:

    I was at Los Altos Rod & Gun awhile back and two gentlemen at the 40 yrd. range had one of these installed in the 91 they were shooting. I must have spent a good five minutes trying to figure out why the damn this was so quite. :D
