Got two new .25acp pocket guns. One is Spanish and called a buffalo I believe.

The other has no markings that I can see. One has a grip safety and one does not. They both accept magazines from my colt vest pocket .25

Any info appreciated

My guesses:
Top one an Astra Mod 1916?
Bottom one might be a Spanish Paramount with ghetto-grips.

Vest pocket pistols all look the same to me. :scrutiny:
Are they functional?

The top gun is a Bufalo (one "f") made by Gabilondo & Cia. (later makers of the Llama line of handguns) for Beristain & Cia. of Elgoibar, Spain, hence the "BC" on the grips.

The other pistol I can't identify. The Bufalo was of moderately decent quality at least compared with the general run of Spanish pistols of that type. Neither gun has any real value, though, especially in that condition.

The rusty one is sitting in pb blaster. I'm going I polish it up. Any tips?

I have a Spanish .25 that looks a lot like the bottom one. Left side of slide reads:

Cal.25 MODEL AUTOMATIC PISTOL.
PROTECTOR

Grips are home made. Gun was found in an A/C duct in a friend's house after he moved in.

Dude!!!, Please tell me you had a cop buddy check that one out. We found a .38 while renovating a rental my buddy purchased, hidden in the wall. PD came by and said the SN matched a stolen gun, and likely was used in a crime as the foreclosure was a known gang house.
