.30 Carbine BlackHawk??

I remember seeing / reading about those as a kid and thinking how odd they seemed; alas, I suspect they just might be a heck of a lot of fun. I’ve yet to fire one, myself, FWIW.
 
I believe they made more sense when .30 Carbine was terribly cheap and plentiful. Those days have since passed and I would only consider one if I already had a collection of M1 Carbines, ammo, and reloading kit.

And as others have mentioned, I’ve heard they’re terribly loud but never experienced it myself.

I have wanted one of those for years.

I picked this one up for a ridiculously cheap price because of it being a monstrosity.
It just won't grow on me, so I think I'll get rid of it or see what it will cost to re-barrel it.

I don't care what people say about these.
I bet I have plenty of other rigs they can find fault with as well. LOL

I didn’t bring it home… was debating .30 if it was cool, or a .44 SBH

don’t like the grips on the .44

Factory grips can be had cheap if you want it original.

I just swapped my factory grips on the 44 that I picked up for the Hogue in order to smooth out the square trigger guard.
But.... I do not plan on getting rid of them :)

That SBH is sexy! LOL

LOVE THE ALL BLACK!!! with some wood grips!!! should have ask if the box still had the original grips
 
Shot next to a guy at the range with a .30carbine SBH. I moved to a different lane as soon as I could. Way too loud for comfort, and I shoot .44mag. .44mag is more practical as far as ammo availability and load data.

Not Knocking! they ship if you ask them nicely. There is a screwdriver mark on the ejector screw hole. But looks easily replaced.

Thanks for the offer. I have to liquidate the other before I grab something else up.

I'll keep this in my back pocket, just in case.
