300 fireball (whisper) twist

anybody know what twist rate i need to run in a 300 fireball to make sure i can shoot heavy enough bullets to stay subsonic?

Go to Shooters Forum.com,there are several people there that shoot the 300 Whisper/Fireball. Or ask Model 1 Sales,they sale a complete upper for it.
