I agree with Catus
A Mak is a great choice. I have a E German that is one of my favorites. small enough for CCW, reliable as an AK, and I find mine surprisingly accurate.
That said, I also have A CZ82 that often travels with his brother MAK, since they both eat the same diet. The CZ82 is a quality built piece of handgun and are one of the great bargins out there., Some show wear, but others can be had that are near pristine. And they are great shooters as well. They ar bigger/bulkier/heavier than the Mak, but if CCW's not an issue than its a very good choice as well.
Either way, both good choices for that price range.
