.300 Whisper AR upper, Suppressor questions

Howdy, guys. Well, at some point in the near future I am planning on getting a .300 Whisper upper for my pre-ban AR lower as well as a suppressor. I had a few questions for you experts out there:

1 - Does anyone know the thread/diameter of the end of the barrel so I can pass that info along to the maker of the suppressor?

2 - Anything special that needs to be done so I can get the quietest, most effect suppressor? (I know very little about suppressors, so I apologize for any stupid questions)

3 - Anyone you recommend to build the suppressor? I see a HUGE disparity in pricing when I look on the internet - anywhere from $150 up to $1000

4 - Anyone have any links on EXACTLY what I need to do to find and fill out all the forms I need with ATF for this? My local CLEO is very cool on Class 3, so no problems there.

5 - Anyone have a .300 Whisper and a suppressor and can give me a good assessment of the accuracy, quietness, etc. of this set-up?

I am planning on doing the same thing in few years. I have already decided to have SSK Industries do the work on the upper since JD Jones developed the whole idea. Other compnies don't show the port pressure knowledge that JD does regarding the .300 Whisper and different bullet weights. I only want to do this once. They will have all of the data necessary for the supressor as well.

There are indeed others doing these and ALL of them are counterfeits.
