Ok guys youve been so much help for the 45 how abot the 300 mag. I'm going to the big city tomorrow on a powder run I want your favorite powder. bullet will be the 180 accubond. All i want to do is replicate the factory winchester supreme load My rifle absolutly loves it but the wallet absolutley hates it. What say you?

I prefer the 200 gr accubond but my powder choice would be the same. My rifle liked RL22 the best. Tried a few and ended up with that. I did notice lot to lot variation so if you are at the top end back off a bit when you change bottles. I ended up buying a 5 pounder to avoid re-work ups. That case eats powder.

H4831SC is my powder of choice. I tried IMR 7828 and did not have that great of results. I have been shooting 168gr Hornady bullets.

If I could just find the factory stuff I would be in heaven Like i say my rifle loves the factory stuff

If I could just find the factory stuff

I doubt anyone here knows what's in the factory stuff for sure, and the one's who know won't tell anyway.
You'll have to work up some loads and see what works for you and your rifle.

If you go to some of the powder sites, you can pick a couple powders to try, based on what you see and what others have mentioned.

I'm another 4831sc user. 180gr & 200gr Accubond & 180gr Balistic Tips shot well for me, but not as well as they did for "Grumulkin" in the photo above.... Dang, that's a nice group for any rifle!
