.308 decapper help

I broke my decapping pin when sizing cases yesterday. I have an RCBS die loading .308 winchester. Looking for a replacement part, I find that there are three to choose from:

.30 Exp-Decapping Unit
.30 Small Base Exp-Decapping Unit
.30 Taper Exp-Decapping Unit

This is the expander part that screws down into the resizing die that holds the decapping pin. I'm not sure which one I need for loading standard .308 cartridges. Anyone know the differences with these three??

If you broke the pin, all you need is the pin. The expander ball screws off and you can replace the pin.

Contact RCBS and they'll send you the replacement.

I figured I'd get the whole part (in case it ever breaks, its cheap enough) and some extra pins too. I'm just not sure which one to order.

Just call RCBS. They're very nice to deal with and I'm sure they can figure out what part you need. Plus their shipping is cheap.
