I mistakenly picked up some Berdan primed .30-06 Springfield brass at my range's VJ Day shoot and tried to resize them using RCBS dies. Well, I broke the decapping pin. I emailed RCBS telling them about the situation and they are sending me a new decapping pin for free!!! Awesome service!

You can buy some extras at ones for real cheap at your local sporting goods store. I bought a five pack so i have extras on hand that way I'm not waiting on RCBS to ship em. I think they are under 10 for a five pack.

-Safety is no accident, unless you accidentally leave the safety on when you intend to shoot.

Less than three dollars on brownells

I bet that they send you at least 2 maybe 3 or more.
They sent me 5 decap pins when I called in. Also a larger .311 expander ball/decapping assembly to use for cast 300blk bullets. All free of charge of course! Im not sure why they dont include a couple spare pins with their die sets- especially with calibers that have berdan primers or heavily crimped primers.

Another time I called in about a media separator basket where one of the handles arrives snapped off. it was shipped in extremely cold weather. Midway was giving me the runaround(haven't bought from them since) but RCBS just went ahead and sent me an entire new media separator. The old one missing a handle was still perfectly functional so I gave it to a buddy that had just started reloading and was sifting his brass out of the walnut by hand. eek.
