.308 once Fired Brass Who Has Best Prices?

who has the best price on 1x fired .308 brass ? Looking primarily for hornady or Winchester... I found so far Remington and Federal realllly suck... only last 2-3 reloads evan at low loads the primer pockets are so soft they deform and the brass itself is soft... I'd really like to nab some Hornady or Winchester "AKA. Wcc/WW" since I've always used them in the past and always seem to be much harder... not really looking to spend a fortune on norma, lapua etc.etc.

Brassmanbrass used to be cheap but more higher end of priceline now adays

I've also found a place with lake city brass "cleaned and crimped primers removed" for around $23 shipped but unsure if military brass is anygood and you have the chance of getting federal headstamps mixed in

I have had really good luck with the military brass of all brands in 308 and 223/5.56. They are more robust than commercial IMHO. If you do use them be sure to start lower with starting charges as the casings are thicker so the internal volume is less. I start an extra 5% low but others recommend a 10% reduction for MIL spec brass. In the past I have been able to get brass from Ed's brass and reloaders. edsbrassandreloaders.com He had some great winchester and the LC brass was top notch also. His does not come deprimed or swaged --just once fired and polished real well.

I've seen just the opposite on Fed brass. I've reloaded it 10+ times and have only seen a few loose pockets. I'm gonna spring for some Lapua when I wear out my Fed brass, just don't know when that will be
