Probably not.
The tolerances on most seater dies is such that to maintain a high degree of uniformity and concentricity, they will not work.
On the .308 and .30/06, differences in overall length, neck length, and diameter at the shoulder/neck junction will preclude it.
Also, many of the seating dies have a "step" that impinges on the case mouth to provide for crimping and this too would prevent multiple use.
However, with the .40S&W, you can load the longer 10mm; ditto the .38spl/.357mag/.357maximum and .44spl/.44mag, as well as the .45/70 for .45/90, and .45/100. As the case mouth is the same and cases are essentially straight walled.
