Seater die question

Newby question. Will a wadcutter seater plug be ok to seat semi wadcutter bullets in 38 special? Will I need to get some special seater plug designed just for semi wadcutters? I will be using an Rcbs 3 die set and Missouri Bullet 158 grain semi wadcutters. The die set comes with 2 seating plugs--a round nose and a wadcutter. I'm assuming the wadcutter seater plug will seat the semi wadcutter bullet squarely.

It will if you hand start the bullets part way in the case so they are straight.

You might be able to use the RN plug too.
It would center the bullet better if it doesn't deform the nose too much.

The wadcutter seating plug will work just fine. I use an RCBS seating die and the bullets you mention. No problems.
