I have both 32-20 handguns and rifles. Should I load them differently, i.e. different powders and primers?

Load the same for both.
You don't need rifle primers for the little 32-20's limited case capacity.
And all load data for is for low pressure stuff suitable for use in older guns.

I was a little concerned about the OAL using Missouri Bullet's 100gr "Cowboy Loads" because they are almost to the end of the chamber. But I guess as long as they are not beyond the chamber mouth they should be ok.

The biggest issue is differences in chamber size. If you resize every time it isn't a problem. Keep your length below 1.600 to fit most revolvers.
I've had good results with the MBC bullet. Powders that I like include Trail Boss, Unique, Bullseye and Titegroup.
