Why doesn't Lee make a .32 ACP FCD (taper crimp of course)?
I reload LOTSA handgun calibers & use a FCD in slot 4.

Almost seems like a waste of motion to have a round go thru an empty station.

According to the Lee website, all their handgun seating dies since 1986 have a modified taper crimp built in as adjusted. So just leave the stage empty or do as cfullgraf suggested and double with another seater without the plug. Lee DOES make a roll crimp die for 32ACP if you're not picky about crimp type.

I chopped a rusty old set of 30-30 dies for my 32 family. It’s a taper crimp but it does well enough. Since I shoot lead in my 32s it bites pretty good and 32 doesn’t recoil enough to pull the bullets so it’s good to go.

Maybe email Lee and see if they would make one for you.
(at a reasonable price of course)

Emailed Lee & they said:

The 90067 Carbide Factory Crimp Die is compatible with the 32 ACP. Below is a link to the product.

Seems counter-intuitive to me.
That die is for
32 S&W, 32 S&W LG, 32 H&R MAG

Thems revolver cartridges - roll crimped.
I pointed that out to Laine & she replied.

"Normally auto loaders would use a taper crimp, however the 32 ACP is able to use the roll crimp found in this die."

I ordered one from a cheaper source. We'll see if it works.
If so, GREAT.
If not Lee can reimburse me.

I gave up on Lee dies for .32 ACP, .32 Long, and .32 Mag. They seem to think they all use the same sizer etc. Sizers that are great for .32 Long and Mag are too large for .32 ACP.

Anyway, I have and use some Lee dies, but not for those.

That said, it will likely work fine, and my guess is the carbide ring won't do much if anything on plated or jacketed 32 ACP loads. Maybe not lead either. I'd be careful about squeezing loaded .32 ACP rounds because of neck tension, there isn't much with Lee .32 sizers (I have at least two), so I would be worried about squeezing the bullet undersized after the brass springs back more than the bullet.

If you set the roll crimp die up properly with a "light" crimp, it will emulate a taper crimp. Down side is that crimp consistency is alot more dependent on amount of variability of the case lengths.

The up side is, the semi-rim of the 32 ACP case will help with head spacing.
