Nope.
Seems like a no-brainer for Marlin to do it in the 1894 though.
But they never had any sales success with the small bore calibers like the .218 Bee, 25-20 WCF, and 32-20 WCF when they tried that several years ago. (Same or way better performance then the .327 if you reload)
The .327 Fed is way too hot for use in Cowboy Action games, so I doubt they will do it due to a limited market for one.
Anyway, Marlin seems to have a hard time keeping up with what people do want to buy, so adding another caliber to the list of guns you can't get wouldn't help anyway.

They'd be far better off making enough 1894Cs to meet demand -- and in stainless, too.

The break action single shot would be the most likely platform to see this cambering pop up. Probably in the encore platform

NO, but you can't anyway.
The 32-20 is a bottle neck case with a .408" rim.
The .327 is a straight case with a .375" rim.

Agreed, for a number of reasons.
1. Something need not "make sense" in any conventional way, for Encore shooters to want it -- very different from the lever gun market.
2. It's probably the easiest gun ever invented, for customizing and trying new rounds. There's no bolt face, and no action to worry about; and you don't have to booger up an existing gun in any way, to try out something new.
3. Multiple vendors offer barrels, so if one doesn't do it, someone else might.

If Ruger puts the .327 in the Vaquero then it will happen.
the Ruger Single-Six would be a better fit and handier too...like they did with the .32mag
