.327 Federal Magnum

The biggest issue right now is the lack of SP101's to shoot it in...Love the gun, love the caliber, just can't find one...I'm # 6 on my dealer waiting list...
 
I am just worried that in 10 years it will be unable to buy ammo for it if it does not take off.
Guns chambered in .327 Federal will also shoot .32 H&R Mag, .32 S&W Long, and .32 S&W short. .32 H&R Mag was never a huge success, but ammo is still available for it. Worst case scenario is you might have to hotrod your hand loads using .32 S&W Long brass.
 
I'm very intrigued by this round. Lots of great CCW applications, obviously.

Indeed, Well I am seriously looking at using a Sp-101 for a CCW, and the .327 SP-101 looks like a ideal little CCW revolver. In fact, I might talk to my local gun shop in ordering one in the future.
