Generally, 35 Rem loads are made to work in Rem 8/81, Rem 14/141 rifles first. These are rifles designed for the lower pressures.
33,500 is SAAMI.
35 Rem rifles such as Remington 760/7600, Savage 170, and Marlin 336 can all stand higher pressures as well as the few bolt action rifles and handguns. TC break actions are usually on the Contender receiver and probably should also be kept closer to SAAMI.
Significant improvements in both accuracy and velocity can be achieved with careful hand loading of 35 Rem into appropriate rifles.
XP-100 hand gun shooters can achieve sub-MOA accuracy with a fire formed case and carefully tuned seating depths.
