.350 legend anyone come up with a good load for it/what do you think of it as a cartridge?

Been a long time since I've seen that. Winchester quit making it years ago and Hornady would only make it in limited runs. This Winchester offering must be a recent development. Maybe the 'ol .358 is making a comeback

I was surprised too. I figured maybe NOS or someone at Vista had the idea to make it again.

I just finished my 350 legend AR build. It’ll be my deer rifle for next year. In Illinois legend ammo is everywhere at $15.95/20. I have an AR Stoner barrel which I slugged, it is exactly 0.357”. I plan on using 0.357 jacketed bullets, and 0.358” cast bullets. I have lil gun, Rx7, 2400, and for plinking unique. I will also try 0.355” bullets to see if they will give acceptable accuracy. BTW a mock-up load with a 168 gr SWC 0.358” cast bullet fed and chambered perfectly.
I will post loads once I get to the range.
