Here’s what works for me:
1. Trim every once-fired case to a standard length
2. Load the OAL a bit long (2.30”) which allowed my rounds to feed 100% in my AR
3. I found AA#9 to be a great powder for this round
I think since 350 Legend uses 9mm "diameter" bullets, some may think using SP primers may be OK but at 55,000 PSI pressures, SR primers are definitely needed.
All the load data I checked that went to 52,500 PSI all used regular SR primers.
I load the Hornady 170gr SP with 26gr of Lil' Gun using CCI SR primers at a length of 2.240" & get 3 round 100yd groups like this.
Make sure your brass is not over length because 350 legend brass gets streached easily.
