It seems like the CAS .357 Mag RNFP are the ONLY .357Mag factory loads available. I like shooting lead bullets because they flatten out so well.
Don't the lead bullets do well with full power 357's? DO they strip or what?
A friend loads .357 cases to about900fps (uses Bullseye but I don't know the spec's.) They shoot real well from my Vaquero.
I guess if you handload, then you could load some hard Keith SWC lead bullets up, eh?

Hello Dave,
Hard cast bullets work well with full power loads in the .357; I have shot many.

Have you tried 38 special ammo? Many or most .357's shoot it accurately. There should be quite a few factory lead 38 loads available.

Highly recommend that you start reloading. A reloading setup can be assembled cheaply if you shop around for equipment, and 38 equipment is VERY common.
