Found a Model 370 Win. at a local pawn. In overall good shape, wood & metal, 16ga 30" full choke, all original. The forearm is a little looser than I like, but thats only fault. I've only squirrel hunted in recent years with a 22 but have been wanting to get back to the simplicity&ease of hunting em the way I used to with the shotgun. I always loved the fresh wiff of powder you get in the face from breaking down a singleshot after a good shot. Of all the many shotguns I hunted with over the years this is my first 16ga. and only the 2nd 370 I've ever seen. I hunted many a year with an original 37, my alltime fav. and even tried a 37a, which I din't care much for, but this one seems to be much better made. Shot it a couple times yesterday with #6's and seemed to pattern good and kick was easier than I expected. Any old time users of these and what did you like or dislike about them?

I am in the process of redoing one in 12 gauge, good old shotguns. If you can get it for around 150 bucks you had better grab it up, the 16 gauge are a little harder to find than most.............
