I'm gearing up to load for a 375 H&H bolt rifle and was wondering if I should be crimping these small Missiles? I don't crimp in any other bolt rifle but 7mm RM and 300 Win Mag is the biggest I have ever loaded for. Shooting 250 grain TTSX bullets.

Any other tips I should know?

Rifle came with 200 pieces of new R.P. brass and 50 pieces of fired PMP brass. Owner of rifle didn't know if any of the PMP brass was shot in this rifle so I full length sized the PMP brass and will take some head space measurements once its fired in this rifle so I can start bumping the shoulder back instead of FL sizing. I've read that it might take more then one firing for the brass to stretch to full head space with this round, any truth to this.

Yes, the recoil in a 375 H&H is enough that rounds in the magazine will slide due to inertia, hit the magazine front, and seat the bullet deeper.

I've had several 375 H&H Magnum guns. I always full length sized since that round headspaces on the belt anyway. This cartridge doesn't have much of a shoulder so I'm not convinced you get much by trying to headspace off the shoulder but each to his own. I've gotten great accuracy (how does 1.5 in. three shot groups at 200 yards sound with a handgun?). I've always crimped the bullets so never had a problem with bullet setback under recoil.

I believe that the better case life with better brass is worth it for this cartridge so my brass is either Nosler or Norma.
