Um... You can, but you shouldn't.. 9mm is a tapered case, 38 super is a straight walled case. I've done it in the past, but it will work the brass more than you want it to be worked. The 9x19, 9x21, 9x23 are all tapered cases and all of them are based on the shorter case.. like 38/357 magnum. The 38 super is a semi-rimmed straight walled case that has it's own dies and shell holder.
