4 wounded in Idaho shooting

Sequence of events in Jason Hamilton shootings in Moscow, Idaho, Saturday night and Sunday morning, provided by police.

Saturday

-10 p.m., Hamilton is seen drinking at a downtown bar.

-About 10:30 p.m., Hamilton drives 3 miles to his rural home and shoots wife Crystal in the head.

-About 11:30 p.m., armed with two semiautomatic rifles and numerous ammunition clips, Hamilton goes to Latah County Courthouse, where his wife worked, and sprays bullets from the parking lot into the sheriff's dispatch center and parked vehicles.

-Police officer Lee Newbill is shot several times and killed as he rushes to scene. Officer Bill Shields wounded by bullet fragments.

-Neighborhood resident Pete Husmann, 20, hears shooting, grabs a handgun and rushes to scene. He is shot three times, twice while lying on the ground, but is able to escape and survives.

-Sheriff's deputy Brannon Jordan is shot and wounded after pulling Newbill out of the line of fire. Hamilton shoots total of some 125 bullets.

-At some point, Hamilton enters the First Presbyterian Church and kills sexton Paul Bauer, who is calling 911 and dies with receiver in his hand.

Sunday

-After shooting 60 to 80 more times, Hamilton shots himself inside the church at about 1 a.m.-

-Around 6 a.m., SWAT teams enter church and find bodies of Hamilton and Bauer.

-10 a.m., officers go to Hamilton's house and find body of his wife.

Jason had an AK type rifle and a M1A rifle..
