I've got an Olympic Arms K40 upper that fails to feed more often than not in strings of 5 rounds. The Xtreme 180 RNFP HPCB are set to pass the plunk test in my XDm. Does anyone load for one of these uppers, or have suggestions on how to set the COAL to feed consistently? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The problem is probably that your buffer supplies too much resistance to the bolt. If it's the buffer spring meant for 223 Remington loads, that would be expected.

You can get lighter and shorter buffer springs that I suspect would cure the problem. I'd look at springs offered by David Tubb Accuracy and Precision Gun Parts and NEMO Arms.
