Wait, something doesn't make sense. I thought your max OAL was 1.080"?

So if the max OAL is 1.080", why are you loading at longer length, especially longer than SAAMI max of 1.169"? And round growing after chambering doesn't make any sense.BDS, I made a round for your chambering test:
It measured (more than once) 1.177 before chambering. After chambering (and forcing the slide back) the round measures 1.179, so it grew!
While not flaring the case mouth will allow you to seat a bullet, if the bullet has soft core, this can squish the bullet diameter. Keep in mind that some plated bullet manufacturers (Like Berry's/RMR/X-Treme) size 147 gr bullets larger at .356"-.357" and you can order X-Treme 147 gr bullets sized either .356" or .357" - http://www.xtremebullets.com/9mm-14... chambering problem with .355" sized bullets?I mistakenly made a round just under 1.18 with the Xtreme FP bullet, and it plunked fine. The difference was I did not flare this case.
