.410 "Tru-test" single shot break action shotgun

Hi - I just joined and am positing a few of these posts as I inherited some family guns and there are a few (mostly the old ones) I can't find exact details on...

This is a single shot break action .410. It says "Tru-test" in big letters. 3in shells accepted. My brief research online leads me to believe it was probably made by H&D Folson or Cresent (model 44?) but I haven't found an exact match online.

From the way the stock is fitted to the receiver it looks like a Stevens Model 94.
