I bought a box of .45 Colt PDX1 Winchester
225 gr. Bonded JHP / 20 Rd box.

I just around to Opening it up

What in the world are these long cartridges ?

There's 10 .45 Colt rounds and finally ready the label on the
box is "Combo Pack"
10 rds of .45 Colt PDX1 225 gr. JHPs 850 fps &
& 10 rds of .410 Ga. 3 DD 12 BBs 750 fps

Anybody know what the 3 DD means?

"Devil Disks? sheepish now I need a Govenoror a
friend with a .410 for xmas present

Those round Combo packs are for people who own a Taurus Judge 45/410 revolver.
The 3DD may refer to the length of the .410 and the 12 BB is the number of BB shot in the round.
But some of the judge rounds use a Buckshot load in the .410's

The .410 round also comes in a 2 1/2" size and some judge revolvers only shoot the .45 LC and .410 2.5 rounds.

Thanks for the link rd

A friend just dropped by and he told he
bow has a S&W Govenor, so it's an
early xmas present for him. He's going to
do some tests and take pics

my only .45 Colt is the Marlin1894 lever gun
