I am using once fired mixed brass that has been deprimed and tumbled clean. It has been resized and is in the process of being primed. My primers are just half a hair from being flush and I can't get them to seat any deeper. I am hand priming them in the same Lee hand primer that has done 9k others in 9mm, 38, 357, 223, and 308 with nary a problem. I am using CCI300 primers. I stopped at about 50 rds and maybe 5 or so seated flush. This brass was fired from a new Kimber and a new Sig recently, so I know the history of the brass. It was all factory loaded, not reloaded. It will be fired out of a tuned SA and an XD if I can get it loaded safely. I have been loading for a few years and am just starting 45 which should be simple at this point. What am I doing wrong???:banghead::banghead::banghead:
