454 Casull AND 45 ACP in one revolver?

If I want a six shot 454 Casull AND 45 ACP in one doubke action (DA) revolver, with about 5" or so barrel then where can I look? Likely need two cylinders in one revolver?

You can take a .454 revolver and have the cylinder machined to use .45 ACP in moon-clips.

It could be done on any brand of .454 you happen to like best.

That is a seriously long jump for a .45 ACP to the chamber throats in a .454 chamber. Don't expect very good accuracy. Plus carbon built up that far back in the chamber may also make for very sticky extraction with .454 loads if you don't scrupulously clean the chambers.

The Taurus will get you .454, .45 Colt and .410 or the Governor will get you ACP, Colt and .410.
