I am trying to load a Henry Big boy with 200 gr lead rnfp bullets and unique. Looking for the best load for this. Any help would be appreciated.

Try anything from 7 to 9 grains of Unique. Watch your COAL as the Henry is fussy about short or long cartridges. Unique and .45 Colt are a happy couple when shooting lead. You may find that ,454 diameter boolits shoot better than .452". Shooting lead plain based boolits, it never hurts to put a hard felt or card wad under the boolit.

It would help to have a reloading book! So one could give a wrong load and bust your gun. There is reloading on line if you will jest go there! IT is free!

With a rifle, you may need to slightly exceed published data to maintain obturation of the brass till the bullet exits the bore.
I have a Win M94 "Legacy" .45colt. I use 8.2gr of either Universal or Win231 and 255gr cast rfn. At 7.6, I get sooted cases and whiffs of combustion gasses in my face.
On the high end, the "Ruger" or strong action loads are a good maximum.
My rifle embarrasses bolt actions with 250 gr Hornady 250 gr XTP over 20.0 gr of #2400. This is a Nosler published max and most accurate load.

No need to exceed published handgun data when loading for a rifle. With your unique powder the velocity gain in a rifle only runs a bit over 100 fps.
What will be beneficial is using slower powders such as bludot, 2400 etc, will give you 2-300 fps more velocity from the rifle than a 7 1/2 inch handgun.
So dig out your reloading manual, go to work finding a load that shoots well in your rifle

No need to exceed published handgun data when loading for a rifle.

^^^This. Unless the firearm is a special platform where it will not perform with modern smokeless cartridges and data(which the Henry is not), you are loading to the cartridge specs, hence, handgun data is really all you need to know. The data found in manuals that provide rifle data for handgun cartridges, generally mirrors handgun data as for powder charges. Only thing that will be different, will be the velocities obtained from the use of a longer barrel.
