5.56 AK parts kits...?

Anyone know of a source for 5.56 ak parts kits? Thinking about doing another build... Just finished a romanian screw build and am starting a rivet build on a tantal kit (Gonna pick up another tantal kit if I can find a nice one, so if you know of a place that has the excellent condition ones fire away) . Now I want something a little different, and that can share ammo with my black rifles. Looked at K-Var got nothing, did a search on google, and got nothing.... So now what?

Oh and is it possible to convert 5.45 to 5.56 without to much heartache? My tantal kit is friggin nice!!! Wouldnt mind to build a .223 in that config.

Ohio Rapid Fire has some M85 and M95 Yugoslavian .223 kits. Very expensive though. I got an M95 and it is really nice. Adjustable gas system, chrome lined bore... Underfolder stock. Really sweet. It is generally pretty difficult to convert a 5.45 gun to .223 configuration.
