5.56 questions

In an older thread I'd receive some solid info re the characteristics of a typical 55g round. But I haven't pinned down the ballistic and frangibility characteristics of Win Q3131A 55g and S & B 45g.

If these two rounds have been charted and/or gelled, would you, please, provide me the info or link?

Also, aside from the military rounds, what are other rounds/sizes that will properly fire in a 5.56 chambered AR-15?
