Here’s a bit of an update from the 5.7x28 mm WWSD. First, I have swapped out the straight 4X ACOG with a 1.5-4X LPVO. Second, I have finally put some rounds through it and have tested some hand loads through it. It shoots and handles great. No recoil at all and is quite fun. I did have a lot of light strikes when I first started shooting it (I’m not sure why it was doing that but it has gone away now). I chronograhed both the factory and handloads. I’m shooting 40 gr VMAXs using 4.0 g of unique. I also shot 3.8 gr of unique but achieved a better group with 4.0. Below are some pictures of the results (I forgot to get a picture of the groups but shot about a 1.5 in group with the 3.8 gr and 1 in group with the 4.0 gr). It also seems the brass stretches less with the handloads compared to the factories
