5 Ridiculous Gun Myths Everyone Believes (Thanks to Movies)

Movies always show shooting exchanges in which a gun is thrown at the other shooter when it becomes empty. I've never actually seen one hit the other shooter -- much less disable or kill him.

I always love the over exaggerated sounds that are made when someone picks a gun up. i can pick up a revolver, automatic, AR-15, shotgun, ect without making litte if any sound. But when someone draws a pistol or welds a shotgun in an action film you her click-clack-click-click.

I heard one where in a show a revolver was just shot then it was dropped and it fired again.

post #12 eye5600 : In the last video, the bomb in the microwave goes off just as the timer goes to zero. Why should that be?

I recall an action movie where the unarmed hero whips up some kitchen chemicals to generate an explosive gas, puts the bowl in a microwave with some crumpled aluminum foil, sets the timer, and leaves the kitchen, as bad guys enter to look for him. The microwave timer counts down and starts, generating sparks in the foil. Could that be the video?
