6.5 Jap ammo

Does anyone here reload 6.5 Japanese, for the Arisaka type 38?

I have loaded 6.5 & 7.7 Jap years ago.

No different then anything else.

You just need to find some brass with boxer primers.

Hodgdon website has load data.

Well I was looking for someone who had some or actively reloads it because I would be willing to purchase about 5 or so rounds to test out this Arisaka. I posted here because I didn't know where in the marketplace ammunition was to be bought/sold.
Thanks for the info though RC, I don't reload so I don't really want to go spend 400+ dollars on reloading gear for 1 rifle. Maybe one day would love to get into it. Thanks

To bad your so far away away from Seattle I would let you join me and bang away. I love my 6.5 Japs. been shooting them for over 50 years now. One of my most enjoyed rounds.

Go to Grarf and Sons and buy a box of ammo, Save the brass too as you can sell it if you don't want to reload.

Pretty much against Federal law to sell reloads without a manufactures license.

Why not just buy a box of factory loads?
